What is a Jam Factory Gig?
- Come down and play, sing or just soak up the atmosphere – everyone is welcome. Held at the Dairy on London Road Campus. Don’t miss out!

- UoR Music Live in a cosy, quirky, cocktail bar! Bring your friends, grab a drink, and enjoy the tunes until late.

What is a Jazz Masterclass?
- A masterclass exploring the skills and virtues of the jazz ensemble. The masterclass is open for everyone to attend, including the public. Anyone with an interest in jazz, whether playing or listening, will get value from this session.
- Musicians wishing to actively participate in the masterclass session will need to sign up in advance, giving an outline of their focus. This might be a small jazz group that want to work on their ensemble work or a soloist wishing to work on their improvisation technique. Participation as a masterclass student is limited to UoR Music members.
- The masterclass day will round up with a pro gig and open jam session in the evening. Tickets/prices and further details will be released closer to the time.
