Our in-person music rehearsals are available for all University of Reading students, colleagues and alumni.

All rehearsals for the following groups will restart in September 2022.

Please note you must fill in both of the above forms to be a confirmed UoR Music Member.

Big Band – we are opening up for anyone who plays a jazz instrument to come and have a go. Everyone welcome!

Choirs– to keep up with the demand, we are continuing to run two choir sessions in 2022! One will be a large mixed chorus and the other vocal ensemble will be for students only.

Orchestra – This is concert band, string orchestra, brass band and chamber orchestra all rolled into one. Open to any and all instrumentalists. Just come and play!

Percussion Ensemble – *NEW* Run by experienced percussion player and director Dae Lee, this group is a chance for our traditional percussionists as well as our drummers to collaborate.
